Hi, I’m Elena.
A storyteller, facilitator and systems thinker devoted to reimagining the narratives that shape how we live, lead and relate.

For the past decade, I’ve worked at the intersection of design, culture, and transformation — with roots in spatial and systems thinking.
From reimagining public spaces to guiding organizations toward more authentic ways of expressing who they are, my work has always centered on the question: What does it mean to design with integrity and care?

In recent years, this path has deepened into the realm of storytelling — not as surface-level messaging, but as a living practice. A way of seeing, sensing, and shaping the world.
Because I believe stories are not just tools — they are terrains. And the ones we choose to walk shape the futures we create.


My background spans communications design, narrative strategy, and intercultural facilitation — shaped by years of living and working across Europe.

But more than that, I’m a listener. A weaver. A space-holder for care, complexity and collective imagination to flourish.
